My Origins: A Foundation of Numbers and Wanderlust

My story starts in Bavaria, Germany, a region that gave me a lasting respect for order, accuracy, and an early fascination with numbers. For more than 15 years, the language of accounting has been my professional home. I have served in a variety of capacities, from accounting specialist to management, constantly engaged in the detailed work of financial records, reporting, and strategic planning. I thrive in this environment, viewing financial challenges as intricate puzzles that are waiting to be solved. My mind is simply built for financial analysis and systematic organization.

Parallel to my world of ledgers, my childhood was enriched by the extraordinary gift of travel. My father, an architect, traveled the globe for work, and he was determined that I should see it all. These weren't mere holidays; they were deep, immersive experiences. I have been fortunate enough to explore the diverse cultures of Europe, stand in the historic landscapes of Egypt, witness the beauty of Turkey, and feel the pulse of South America. If I were to choose one place that left a lasting impression, it would be Cape Town, South Africa—its unique fusion of nature, history, and culture is unforgettable. These travels were profound lessons in adaptability, perspective, and the interconnectedness of our global community. This extensive exposure gave me a wide lens on different societies and ignited a deep love for history, which I believe is essential for understanding our present and building a better future.

My professional life began at the global headquarters of a major automotive powerhouse in Munich. Our offices were in a landmark building known as the “The Four Cylinder Tower”, an architectural marvel, known for its unique design resembling a four-cylinder engine. 

This was a phenomenal place to build a foundation, sharpening my skills in a demanding, international setting—and yes, I thoroughly enjoyed the perk of driving the company’s luxury sports cars! Life then took a new direction when my husband's military career brought us to the United States, with our first home in Oklahoma. That move was a significant cultural adjustment, and while my time working at the DMV was not my most cherished role, I believe every experience contributes to one's character. I later moved into a position in admissions at Cameron University and also took on the challenge of managing the finances for a sprawling hotel with over 1,000 rooms. I was always learning, always growing, and always busy. This varied career path, combined with life as a military spouse, has truly fortified my ability to adapt to new settings and overcome challenges.

Today, I am lucky to call the stunning paradise of Hawaii my home. There is nothing quite like waking up knowing that a beautiful beach is just a short drive away for a peaceful walk by the ocean. It provides a perfect sense of balance to the structured nature of my work. My life is made vibrant and full by my two teenage daughters. Becoming a mother and a wife stands as my single greatest accomplishment—a journey filled with immense joy and the most rewarding challenges.

A Fortuitous Meeting: From Real Estate Interest to a Trusted Alliance

My professional relationship with Dustin began in 2019. To be clear, I had no ambition to sell real estate; I am far more at ease with a detailed spreadsheet than a sales presentation! I have always found my professional fulfillment in working meticulously behind the scenes to guarantee that every detail is correct, deriving satisfaction from a job well done rather than public recognition. However, I was incredibly curious about how the real estate industry operated in the U.S.

Dustin was presenting at a meeting for military spouses and active-duty personnel, sharing his knowledge on how to transition into a real estate career, even as a part-time venture. I went to the meeting with a desire to learn, and that day turned out to be serendipitous. It was the start of our work together. I have been honored to support Dustin since the beginning of his home inspection company, providing the solid financial framework that empowers him to excel at his strengths. It has been a pleasure to watch his journey as an entrepreneur.
